When will my company be ready to trade?

How many persons are required to register a company?

Do I need to provide proof of identification?
All company formation agents are legally required to verify proof of identification and address, including ourselves.
Don’t worry, chances are you won’t have to do anything, as 90% of our clients successfully pass our digital ID checks.
If you don’t pass our digital ID check, don’t worry: almost all of our customers can provide proof of ID and address.
Please note:
Our overseas clients will have the option to link a bank account through our partner providers. We will facilitate the entire process for our clients; however, the opening of the account for residents outside South Africa is subject to the policy of the relevant bank.
